MECHANICS

1. Lovin Summer with SM Accessories Promo will run from March 14, 2012 – April 30, 2012 (11:59pm) and is open nationwide to Filipinos age 18 and above with a verified Facebook account.
2. To join and to know more about the promo, user should visit the SM Accessories Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ StyleMe.SMAccessories
3. Buy a minimum of P200 worth of items from SM Accessories from March 1 to April 14, 2012. 
4. Users must Like the SM Accessories Facebook page to access the Lovin’ Summer with SM Accessories app.
5. Allow the Lovin Summer Promo App to access your information.
6. Register your contact information for verification and notification purposes
1. Name
2. Birthday
3. Email Address
4. Home Address
5. Mobile Number
6. Receipt Number
7. Choose from the 3 categories you wish to submit your entry for 1) Women’s 2) Men’s 3) Kids’.
8. Choose a collection where your entry belongs and choose the template design you like to use for your photo.
9. Upload a picture of yourself wearing the purchased accessories. Add a caption.
10. Each unique purchase is equivalent to one (1) entry.
11. Submission of entries will start on March 14 until April 14, 2012.  All submissions will be reviewed for obscenities before being posted.
12. There will be a pre-judging of all entries on April 16, 2012 based on the following criteria:
1. 50% - Creativity (originality, expression of personality, resourcefulness, relevance to the collection chosen)
2. 50% - Use of SM Accessories
13. The judges will select entries based on the above-criteria and these entries will move on to the next stage of the competition.
14. Voting will be opened to all entries that have been selected by the judges from April 16 – 30, 2012.
15. A maximum of 10 votes can be casted daily by a user and will refresh daily.
16. At the end of the voting period, another judging will be held on May 2, 2012 to determine the 5 winners of 2 round trip tickets to anywhere in the Phils, 3 winners of Ray Ban eyewear and 7 winners of D&G eyewear. Below are the criteria for judging:
1. 10% - online voting
2. 45% - Creativity (originality, expression of personality, resourcefulness, relevance to the collection chosen)
3. 45% - Use of SM Accessories
17. Winner will be contacted via phone call by a Havoc Digital representative, email and registered mail.
18.  Winner will be posted on the wall of the SM Accessories Facebook fan page on May 2, 2012.
19.  Winners must present the receipt used during registration and 2 valid I.D.s (government issued: Drivers license, Passport, SSS, TIN, Professional license, etc) when claiming his/her prize. If in case the beneficiary is not available, an authorization letter with photocopy of the 2 IDs shall be presented only if the beneficiary is verified.
20.  Winner may claim prize in the SM Accessories Head Office at  Bldg C, SM Corporate Offices,

JW Diokno Blvd, Pasay City Prizes may be claimed starting May 3, 2012 during office hours, MON-FRI between 9am-5pm. Other information shall be communicated through a call from a Havoc Digital Inc. representative.

1.  Unclaimed prizes after 60 days from announcement will be forfeited.
2.  Prizes are neither transferable nor convertible to cash
3.  By joining the promo, each contestant is deemed to have granted organizer the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nickname, names, photographs, and entries of such contestant and/or representatives of such contestant without obtaining any other further consent or making any payment whatsoever to such contestant and/or the representatives of such contestant for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. All photo entries are assumed property of SM Accessories.
4.  Users who submitted fictitious entries, used dummy accounts, tagged dummy friends, below 18 years old, not a legal resident of the Philippines and those who can't submit official documents for verification shall be disqualified to win this promo.
5.  Employees of SM Accessories, its advertising and media agencies up to second degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.
6.  Contest is covered by the Privacy Guideline and Terms of Facebook. The judges and organizers of the contest reserve the right to recall winners even if names were already announced and posted on the page as deemed fit.
